Code of Conduct 2012

The Real Estate  Authority (REA) is an independent government agency that regulates the New Zealand real estate industry. It is their job is to promote a high standard of service and professionalism in the real estate industry and help protect buyers and sellers of property.

The REA licence those working in the industry and are responsible for setting professional standards and ensuring they are upheld. They also provide licensees with compliance information and investigate complaints about their behaviour.
